Use of Receptn

Receptn provides AI receptionist tools that answer calls, capture lead information, create summaries, and notify authorized business users. You are responsible for the accuracy of the business information, policies, services, and contact details you provide.

Receptn Owner Alerts

An authorized business owner enrolls during authenticated account onboarding by entering a mobile number and actively selecting a separate SMS consent checkbox. The checkbox is unchecked by default and is not bundled with general acceptance of these Terms or the Privacy Policy. The owner can decline SMS consent and continue using Receptn and email owner alerts.

I agree to receive recurring automated operational text messages from Receptn about inbound calls, captured leads, callback requests, appointment requests, and account updates at the mobile number provided. Message frequency varies based on call volume. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out. Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing or using Receptn services. You may also contact support@receptn.com. Receptn does not use owner-alert consent to send marketing or promotional messages.

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. After an opt-out request, Receptn may send one confirmation message and will stop subsequent operational owner alerts unless the owner opts in again. See the public SMS consent workflow for the complete enrollment process.

Acceptable Use

You may not use Receptn to send unlawful, deceptive, harassing, spam, or prohibited content. You must have the rights and permissions needed for the numbers, messages, and business information you provide.

Service Changes

Receptn may change, suspend, or discontinue features as needed for reliability, security, carrier compliance, legal requirements, or product improvements.
